摘要
数控机床是采用数字化代码程序控制,其控制核心是数控系统,而PLC是数控系统的一个重要组成部分,它是连接数控系统与机床的桥梁。通过I/O口的监视,反映数控机床的故障原因并对故障进行排除是故障诊断的一种非常有效的方法。传统的数控机床I/O控制可通过PLC程序进行,本文以固高科技公司的GT系列运动控制器为平台,采用高级语言VC,以实例的方式完成数控输入输出程序的编制和调试。
