Engineering Management specialty is a compound discipline of integrating engineering technology and management, aiming at training high-qualified professional talent with ability of engineering technology and management. The paper explores the talent cultivating model of engineering management specialty of independent college, and puts forward the new method and implementation suggestion of talent training model reform, hoping to improve students＂ application ability, adapt to market demand, and promote the development of engineering management specialty.
