摘要
科研团队中科研人员间的合作是基于科研引力而产生的,这种引力来源于实现个人科研目标的预期,该预期主要受科研质量、科研目标、价值观、人际关系以及相互间对这些因素的了解与信任的影响。在科研引力的作用下,科研团队形成了不同的层次结构。在科研团队成长过程中,科研引力的变化将导致团队结构的变化。
The researchers in scientific research teams (SRT) cooperate because there is gravity between them. This gravity comes from the anticipation of realizing personal scientific research goal. The quality and goat of scientific research, values, personal relations and researchers knowing these factors operate on the anticipation altogether. There are three hier- archies in SRT because the scientific research gravity with each other is different. AS SRT growing, the scientific research gravity will change, so the structure of SRT will change.
