高强度油井管用钢专利技术的现状及发展趋势 被引量:1

Present Status and Development Tendency of Patented Technology for High Strength Oil Well Tubing Steels

摘要 概述了近年来对于高强度油井管用钢专利技术的重点研发领域-耐高温(≤650℃)、耐腐蚀(H_2S、CO_2、Cl^-介质)、抗挤毁(屈服强度380~1241 MPa)等关键技术的研究,介绍了最新高强度油井管用钢的研究和发展特点,生产典型高强度油井管用钢的关键技术。当前油井管用钢的开发趋势为通过低C、高合金和调质处理工艺生产具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗挤毁等复合特性的高强度焊管和无缝管。 The major research and development field of patented technologies for high strength oil well tubing steels including the key technique of heat resistance ( ≤650℃) , corrosion resistance (H2S, CO2, C1- medium) and anti-col- lapse (yield strength 380 - 1 241 MPa) is summarized and the characteristics of research and development of latest high strength oil well tubing steels and the key technique for production of typical high strength oil well tubing steels are presen- ted. The current trend of development of oil well tubing steels is production of the high strength welded pipe and seamless tube with compound characteristics of heat resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-collapse by low C, high alloy and quenching-tempering process.
