BOF-LF-RH-CC流程高压锅炉管用钢12Cr1MoVG的生产实践

摘要 Φ110~Φ280 mm锅炉管用热轧圆钢12Crl MoVG(/%:0.08~0.15C、0.17~0.35Si、0.40~0.70Mn、≤0.015P、≤0.010S、0.90~1.20Cr、0.25~0.35Mo、0.15~0.30V、≤0.015[Alt])的生产工艺流程为120 t顶底复吹转炉-LF-RH-CC-轧制。通过控制铁水[As]、[Sn]、[Sb]、[Pb]、[Bi],控制转炉终点[C]0.04%~0.08%、[P]≤0.010%、[S]≤0.010%,出钢过程铝铁脱氧,钢包喂铝线控制[Alt]≤0.015%并用复合精炼渣和少量铝丸终脱氧,控制中间包钢水过热度20~35℃,全程保护浇注等工艺措施,使试验钢的[As]+[Sn]+[Sb]+[Pb]+[Bi]≤0.029%、[P]≤0.011%、[S]≤0.008%、[Alt]≤0.011%,各类夹杂物级别均≤1.0,满足用户的技术要求。 The production flow sheet of Ф110 - Ф280 mm hot rolled round steel 12CrlMoVG for ctboiler tube (/% : 0.08 -0. 15C, 0. 17 -0. 35Si, 0. 40 -0. 70Mn, ≤0. 015P, ≤0. 010S, 0. 90 -1. 20Cr, 0.25 -0. 35Mo, 0. 15 -0. 30V, ≤0. 015 [ Alt] ) is 120 t top and bottom combined blown converter-LF-RH-CC-Rolling process. With the process measures including to control hot metal [ As ], [ Sn ], [ Sb ], [ Pb ] and [ Bi], control converter end point [ C ] 0.04% - 0. 080%, [ P] ≤0. 010% and [ S] ≤0. 010%, deoxidize by aluminum iron during tapping, feed Al wire in ladle to control [Alt]≤ O. 015%, refine by compound refining slag and some aluminum shot in LF process, control tundish liquid superheating ex- tent20-35 ℃, whole-shielding-cast etc, the [As] + [Sn] + [Sb] + [Pb] + [Bi] is ≤0.029%, the [P], [S] and [Als] are respectively ≤0. 011%, ≤0. 008% and ≤0. 010% , and the rating of each series inclusion is ≤1.0 to meet the technical requirement of user.
