20CrMnTiH齿轮钢铸坯宏观碳偏析对轧材带状组织的影响

摘要 20CrMnTiH钢Φ130 mm圆钢的生产工艺流程为120 t BOF-LF-VD-300 mm×430 mm坯连铸-连轧。不同连铸工艺(过热度15~30℃,电磁搅拌0~400 A)生产的连铸坯和轧材的宏观碳偏析表明,较高的过热度和过强的结晶器电磁搅拌会加重20CrMnTiH钢连铸坯和轧材的宏观碳偏析;严重的宏观碳偏析,加剧晶枝偏析,提高钢的带状组织级别并提高退火钢材正偏析区的硬度值。 Production flow sheet for Фl30 mm round bar of steel 20CrMnTiH is 120 t BOF-LF-VD-300 mm× 430 mm bloom casting-continuous rolling. Carbon macro-segregation of rolled bar and casting bloom produced by different continuous casting process (liquid supper-heating extent 15 -30 ℃, electromagnetic stirring with 0 -400 A) show that higher supperheating extent and stronger mold electromagnetic stirring aggravate the carbon macro-segregation of bloom and rolled bar of steel 20CrMnTiH, and the serious carbon macro-segregation intensifies dendritic crystal segregation increases rating of banded structure of steel, and enhances hardness value of positive carbon segregation region of annealed steel products.
