不同杂交组合肉用羔羊生长发育与育肥效果的研究

Growith Development and Fattening Effect Study on Different Hybridized Combination of Meat Lamb

在农九师161团、168团对70只肉用羔羊进行生长发育及育肥试验,试验结果表明,德国肉用美利奴杂交F1代羊的屠宰率、净肉重和眼肌面积分别比当地土种羊提高了8.2%、13.1%和12.6%(P<0.01);胴体切块显示德国肉用美利奴杂交F1代羊的后腿和后腰总重为9.89 kg,当地土种羊为7.68 kg,差异极显著;以德国肉用美利奴为父本的杂交组合生长发育速度明显提高,外观胴体脂肪厚度变薄、脂臀变小,胴体整体品质提高,平均每只可增收50元左右,经济效益高;充分说明了以德国肉用美利奴为父本的杂交组合在产肉性能明显优于当地土种羊。

The research work was carried out at 161 division and 168 division in No.9 production and construction corps.The results shows that,the slaughter rate、 net meat weight and loin eye area of F1 hybrid German Mutton Merino sheep are 8.2%,13.1% and 12.6% higher than the local sheep respectively（P〈0.01）;German Mutton Merino F1 hybrid sheep had heavier hind legs and waist weight（9.89 kg versus 7.68kg） compared to local sheep（P〈0.01）;German Mutton Merino used as paternal of hybrid combinations has remarkable increase in growth rate,appearance carcass with thin fat thickness,small collar fat,and improved quality of whole carcass.The average profit of one carcass will increase about $50,which shows a high economic benefit,From the research result we find that the German Mutton Merino as male parent of hybrid combinations in meat production performance is significantly better than the local sheep.
