摘要
为了解5种紫花苜蓿品种的耐盐性,采用hoagland营养液水培法育苗。将NaCl浓度设定为100mmol/L处理苜蓿幼苗6 d,取样测定植株的相对电导率,叶绿素含量,可溶性糖含量,丙二醛含量,脯氨酸含量。结果五种紫花苜蓿品种的耐盐性强弱为:三得利、阿尔冈金,新疆大叶耐盐性较强,新牧1号和新牧2号耐盐性稍弱一些,综合评价苜蓿耐盐性生理生化指标的目的是,为今后苜蓿耐盐育种工作提供科学的依据。
A comparative study was conducted to investigate the salt tolerance of five foreign alfalfa varieties.By the method of hoagland nutrient solution,treating with 100 mmol/L NaCl for 6 days,electrical conductivity,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and malondialdehyde content,free proline content were studied in alfalfas.Comprehensive evaluation of physiological and biochemical indexes of salt resistance in order to provide a scientific basis on alfalfa salt tolerant breeding.
