“新引1号东方山羊豆”种子发芽检验方法研究

Studies on Germination Testing Methods of Seeds of Galega Orientalis Lam.cv Xinyin No.1

对新引1号东方山羊豆(Galega orientalis Lam.cv xinyin No.1)种子(以下简称为东方山羊豆)在不同温度、不同发芽床条件下进行发芽试验,选择适宜的发芽温度和发芽床,确定种子检验中东方山羊豆种子发芽试验的适宜条件和首、末计数时间。试验结果表明,东方山羊豆种子存在较高的硬实休眠特性。在种子检验中,破除硬实休眠的适宜方法为细砂纸磨擦。东方山羊豆种子适宜发芽温度为20℃;适宜发芽床为滤纸上或滤纸间;发芽试验的初次统计时间为第5 d,末次统计时间为12 d。

The germination of seeds of Galega orientalis Lam.cv xinyin No.1 in different condition was studied in order to determine the suitable germination bed and temperature and the first and last counting days.The results showed that the seeds of Galega orientalis Lam.cv xinyin No.1 were in hard dormancy and broken it by fine emery paper polishing.The suitable germination bed was surface or intermediate of filter paper.15 ℃ and 15/25℃ were suitable for germination temperature.The first count day was on the 5th day,the last count day was on the 12th day.
