Changes of cesarean delivery rate and indication in past 11 years

目的探讨我院近11年剖宫产率及剖宫产指征的变化。方法回顾分析我院2001年1月1日-2011年12月31日住院分娩剖宫产率及剖宫产指征的变化。结果11年来剖宫产率不断上升;剖宫产指征中非绝对医学因素所占比例不断加大。结论提高产科医护人员的业务水平,加强医患沟通,科学合理的掌握好剖宫产指征是降低剖宫产率的根本措施。

Objective To study changes of the cesarean delivery rate and indication m past 11 years. Methods Retrospective analyzing the changes of the cesarean delivery rate and indication of our hospital from January 1, 2001 to December 31, 2011 Results During the past 11 years,the cesarean delivery rate was rising gradually and the proportion that occupied by conditional medical factors in cesarean delivery indication was increasing. Conclusion Improving obstetricians business level and strengthening communications between doctors and patients are the fundamental measures to reduce the cesarean delivery rate.
