科技对口支援的内涵、模式及发展路径的探析

本文首先概述了我国对口支援理论和实践的演变过程;其次,对科技对口支援的定义、主体和主要内容进行了理论分析,并对我国科技对口支援的现行运行机制进行了梳理;最后基于我国建设创新型国家的战略,提出了科技对口支援的新模式,即基于受援方区域创新体系构建的网络互动发展路径。

This paper firstly summarizes the evolution process of the theory and practice for coordinated assistancee. Secondly, with the defini- tion of science and technology support, make a general analysis for the operation mechanism of coordinated assistancee. Finally, based on our country building the innovative country strategy, put forward a new coordinated assistancee development path of with science and technology support.
