摘要
针对步进电动机传统加减速算法是基于固定细分、不能同时兼顾低速和高速稳定运行的问题,提出把自适应细分技术引入步进电动机的加减速控制算法中,即在不同转速阶段施加不同的细分数,这样不仅降低了电机在低频运行时的转矩脉动,而且能实现电机在宽速范围内的平滑控制。实验结果表明,细分数可以自动切换,电机加减速平稳,此种算法具有可行性和有效性。
According to the problem that the traditional acceleration and deceleration stepping motor based on fixed- subdivision can't take into account the stable operation of both low and high speed, self-adaptable subdivision was intro- duced into acceleration and deceleration. In different speed ranges, the number of subdivision is different, so that it can re- duce the torque ripple in low speed and achieve the smooth control in a wide range of speed. Experiment results indicate that the number of subdivision is changed automatically, and the process of acceleration and deceleration is smooth. Therefore, this algorithm is feasible and effective.
