槽楔工艺及冷挤压模具优化探讨

摘要 针对微电机槽楔零件结构的特点,分析了传统加工的缺陷与不足,提出了一种槽楔冷挤压加工工艺及其模具优化设计方案,提高了材料利用率、生产效率及模具使用寿命。 The characteristic and instruction of parts like slot wedges in micro motor was analyzed in this paper, and the technical characteristic and defect of conventional processing technique of slot wedges was studied. A new manufacture process of cold extrusion was presented and the optimization of mold design as well. The key points in designing mould were stated by the finite element analysis of ANSYS software. The improvements are proved in utilization of material, high effi- ciency of production and stability of operation and long service life.
