微波辅助提取和田石榴皮籽中鞣质的工艺及其抑菌作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 以70%的丙酮作为提取溶剂,通过正交试验研究了微波辅助提取和田石榴皮籽中鞣质的最佳提取条件为:液料比40(mL/g),微波功率600 W,浸提温度40℃,微波时间4 min,浸提液pH为5;采用稀释法对金黄色葡萄球菌、福氏痢疾杆菌、沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和白色念珠菌进行体外抑菌试验。结果表明:和田石榴皮中鞣质对金黄色葡萄球菌、福氏痢疾杆菌、沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和白色念珠菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用。 In order to search for the optimum conditions of extraction of tannin from Hetian pomegranate seeds- skin, the orthogonal experiment was performed with 70% acetone solution as solvent by microwave assisted. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: the microwave power of 600 W, 40(mL/g) ratio of solution/material, the temperature 40 ℃, the microwave time 4 rain and the extracted pH 5. The tannin from Hetian pomegranate seeds skin were prepared, and subject to bacteriostatic tests in vitro by test tube continuously in order to observe their minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) to Staphylococcus aureus, Shigellaf Salmonella, Escherichia coil Pseudom onas aeruginosa and Candida albicans. The result showed that the tannin had antimicrobial activity against the 6 kinds of bacteria in different degrees.
