摘要
为了合理调节造纸法再造烟叶中化学成分之间的组成关系,提高再造烟叶的品质,利用特定的C2真菌微生物对原料萃取浓缩液进行处理,并对处理后的浓缩液及再造烟叶中的植物碱、总糖、还原糖、总氮进行分析测定,结果表明C2真菌处理能明显降低萃取浓缩液中总糖、还原糖的含量,使得再造烟叶中糖/碱、糖/氮趋于更合理,再造烟叶经感官评吸测试表明,C2真菌处理后明显改善了再造烟叶卷烟香气质量,减少了卷烟的杂气和刺激性。
In order to properly regulate relationship among chemical compositions of reconstituted tobacco and improve the quality of reconstituted tobacco by papermaking method, dealt raw material extraction concentrate with specific C2 fimgal microbial, and analyze plants alkali, total sugar, reducing sugar and total nitrogen of the processed extraction concentrate. The analytical results showed that the extraction concentrate processed by C2 fungus could significantly reduce the content of total sugar and reducing sugar, which caused the sugar/alkali, sugar/nitrogen in reconstituted tobacco to be more reasonable. The sensory evaluation on reconstituted tobacco showed that the reconstituted tobacco processed by C2 fungus significantly improved the cigarette aroma quality, and reduced the miscellaneous gas and irritation of the cigarette.
