超微粉碎牛骨粉的研究

Study on Bovine Bone Powder of Superfine Comminution

探讨超微粉碎牛骨粉的生产工艺。采用高压均质粉碎方式，选择不同粉碎压力、粉碎次数等工艺参数，检测粉碎效果。在最佳均质粉碎压力（900-1000bar）和均质粉碎次数（粉碎一次）的工艺条件下，所获得的骨质颗粒粒径97％以上在10μm以下。新工艺粉碎效果均一稳定、切实可行，适合于大生产。

Discuss about the technical process of superfine comminution bone powder. Using the comminution method of high pressure homogenization,in the condition of different comminution pressure and different comminution times,test the effect of comminution. At the optimum comminution pressure conditions（900-1 000 bar） and comminution times conditions（comminution once）, the size of more than 97% bone powder particle could be turned into less than 10μm. The new technical process of superfine comminution is stable and feasible,it can be applied in production.
