In this review, we elaborated the management of cardiac rehabilitation in primary hospitals. The concept, patterns, procedures, organization structure of cardiac rehabilitation and approaches for management of common cardiologic diseases were detailed. The critical issues regarding management and resolution of cardiac rehabilitation in primary hospitals were also addressed. Furthermore, the necessity of management of cardiac rehabilitation in primary hospitals was justified.
