摘要
长期中心静脉导管在建立及应用过程中可能出现出血和(或)血肿、导管打折及位置异常、血栓形成、导管感染、纤维鞘等并发症,严格按照置管常规和护理常规进行操作是减少导管相关并发症的关键,正确识别相关并发症并进行治疗对于维持长期导管功能、提高透析患者生活质量和生存率至关重要。
The complications of tunneled cuffed venous dialysis catheter （ TCC ）, including hemorrhage and （or） hematoma, catheter reentry or malposition,thrombosis, infection and fibrin sheath, may occur during placement of TCC. Operation stringently following the standards of placement and nursing is crucial to reduce catheter-related complications. The diagnosis and treatment of complications are vital to maintenance of indwelling catheter and improve the life quality and survival rates.
