西藏野生荨麻中多种元素及绿色天然性研究

Determination of Trace Elements and Pure Natural Characteristic of Wild Nettle in Tibet

明确西藏野生荨麻中微量元素成分以及绿色天然性的特点。利用ICP-MS法及离子色谱法对荨麻多种微量元素成分进行了分析,同时利用气相色谱法及气相质谱法对荨麻农药残留进行了跟踪分析。从样品中检测得到了诸如Li,Na,K,Ca,Mg,Mn,Fe,Zn,Cu,Sr,Ni,Pb,As,Cd一系列元素;对12种农药残留跟踪分析均未检出,表明了西藏野生荨麻的绿色天然性。

Identify the trace elements and pure natural characteristic of wild nettle in Tibet. Analyzed the trace elements of Tibet wild Urtica cannabina L by ICP-MS and ion chromatogram systerm, meanwhile, gas chromatography and gas chromatography-Mass spectrometry were used to trail the residues. A series of trace elements such as Li, Na, K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Zn, Cu, Sr, Ni, Pb, As,Cd were detected; 12 kinds of common residues were not detected to make its pure natual characteristic clear.
