国内六省份菊芋多糖含量比较 被引量:3

Content Comparison of Polysaccharide in Jerusalem artichoke from Six Provinces

摘要 对国内6个省份地区(宁夏、云南、江苏、吉林、河南、新疆)阴干后超微粉碎的菊芋中多糖含量进行对比分析。通过热水法提取菊芋多糖,以葡萄糖为标准物,采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸法测定还原糖含量,以葡萄糖为对照采用苯酚-硫酸法测定水解后的总糖含量。河南产菊芋的多糖含量最高,吉林产菊芋含糖量、提取效率均较高。河南,吉林产菊芋多糖含量、提取效率均较高适于工业化开发。 Compare the content of polysaccharide in Jerusalem artichoke from 6 different provinces. The hot water extraction method was used to extract the polysaccharide. Using glucose as reference substance, reducing sugar was determined by the 3, 5-dinirtosalicylic acid. The total carbohydrate of the extracted solution was determined by sulfuric acid-phenol method using glucose as standard. Jerusalem artichoke from Henan province has the highest content of polysaccharide. Polysaccharide content and extraction efficiency were higher than other's in Jilin production of Jerusalem artichoke. Henan, Jilin is suitable to establish the production base of Jerusalem artichoke.
