摘要 单支冠状动脉（single coronary artery，SCA）是指冠状动脉以单一开口起源为整个心脏提供血液供应，属于罕见的先天性冠状动脉畸形。SCA是具有潜在危险的冠状动脉畸形，是心绞痛、心肌梗死，甚至猝死的罕见病因。
