气质联用测定糕点中富马酸二甲酯 被引量:2

Study on Dimethyl Fumarate of the Pastry by GC/GC-MS Chromatography

摘要 建立了糕点中富马酸二甲酯的气相及质谱测定的方法。通过对提取溶剂的选择和色谱条件的优化等来测定糕点中的富马酸二甲酯,用气相进行定量及气质进行定性;样品经乙酸乙酯提取后,HP-5毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)定量检测。富马酸二甲酯浓度在3μg/mL~50μg/mL内呈良好线性关系,最低检出限为1.5 mg/kg,样品加标回收率为103%~107%。结果表明,该方法操作简便、快速、准确、回收率高、精密度好,可用于糕点中富马酸二甲酯的检测。 Establishwd a method for dimethyl fumarate by gas chromatography. The extraction solvent selection and optimization of chromatographic conditions were studied to determine the dimethyl fumarate. Dimethyl fumarate was extracted from samples with ethyl acetate and then HP-5 capillary column was used for separation, and detected by FID. The linear range of the method was 3 μg/mL-50 μg/mL. The recovery rate was 103%-107% and the detection limit was 1.5 mg/kg. The results show that this method is simple, rapid and accurate with high recovery. It can be used to determine dimethyl fttmarate in food-pastry.
