痰热清治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床研究

Clinical research of Tanreqing in treatment of children with severe pneumonia

目的探讨痰热清治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床疗效。方法将2008年3月至2011年3月商丘市第一人民医院收治的符合入选标准的128例小儿重症肺炎患儿分为常规治疗组和痰热清治疗组，观察两组的临床疗效。结果痰热清组总有效率为92．30％，常规组为71．42％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在小儿重症肺炎救治过程中应用痰热清能够显著提高抗菌效果，降低炎性反应，改善肺部功能，促进疾病康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of Tanreqing on children with severe pneumonia. Methods Totally 128 children with severe pneumonia in our hospital admitted from March 2008 to March 2011 were divided into conventional treatment group and Tanreqing group, the effects the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in Tanreqing group was 92.30% , and 71.42% in conventional treatment group, the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Tanreqing in treatment of children with severe pneumonia has definite effect, it can reduce inflammation, improve lung function and promote disease rehabilitation.
