摘要
针对毫米波雷达灵敏度指标测试的需要,设计了一种小型化、低成本、宽带数字式灵敏度测试信号源.该信号源通过串口进行控制通信,接收上位机的频率控制命令,频率带宽达2 000 MHz,频率间隔1 MHz;同时,信号源可实现功率控制和脉冲调制,功率变化范围30 dB,脉冲宽度最小低至ns级.给出了信号源硬件电路和软件程序的具体设计步骤,通过对原理样机的测试,验证了信号源的可行性.
In order to meet the needs of millimeter radar sensitivity test, a new small-size, low-cost, broad- band and digital signal source was designed. This device can receive the frequency control command data through serial port from upper computer. |t can realize the frequency bandwidth of 2 000 MHz and the fre- quency space of 1 MHz. This signal source can also realize output power control and pulse modulation. Its power can vary 30 dB and its pulse width can reach nanosecond. Design steps of the hardware and software of the signal source were given, and test results of the prototype verified its practicability.
