X线照射对大鼠肾病的保护作用

摘要 目的 观察次和死量X线照射(XI)对大鼠阿霉肾病(AIN)是否具有保护作用。方法 将大鼠分为XI、阿霉素和XI/ADR组,检测各组大鼠0 ̄4周时尿蛋白排泄量(UPE)、尿丙二醛排泄量(MDA)和4周时血浆生化指标。结果 ADR组大鼠呈典型的肾病综合征表现,XI/ADR组大鼠外周血白细胞总数明显降低,UPE减少,血浆总蛋白和白蛋白回升,血浆胆固醇和甘油三酯明显降低;同时。 Objective To investigate whethar sublethal X-irradiation (Ⅺ) can retard renal injury of adriamycin-induced nephropathy(AN) .Methods As the second dsy in rats areived (Ⅺ),adriamycin (ADR) was intravenously administered at a single dose(5mg/kg)into femaleWistar rats to induce nephrosis and all animals were devided into 3 groups as group Ⅺ,ADR and (Ⅺ)/ADR. Urinary protein excretion (UPE) andmolondiadehyde (MDA) in urine at from 0 to 4 weeks,and biochemical parameters in plasma at 4th week were measured.Results All animals ingroup ADR developed a nephrotic syndrome characterized by heavy proteinuria, hypoalbuminemia, hypercholesterolemia, and ascites.Three was a significant deerease in circulating white blood cell count (WBC) after the rats received Ⅺ. UPE was remarkedly decreased in-group Ⅺ/ADR as compared with the in-group ADR. In contras to ADR,the level of MDA in urine was significantly declined. Conclusion These data showed that wholebody sublethal Ⅺ delivered during AIN is capable of preventing renal injury.
