摘要
为了明确枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)B10抗菌活性物质的稳定性,采用平板对峙培养法研究了温度、紫外线、蛋白酶和pH值对其活性的影响。结果表明,高温和过度酸碱均对其抑菌活性有一定影响,蛋白酶和紫外线照射对其生防活性没有明显的影响。
The stability of antagonistic substance of endophytic Bacillus subtilis strain BIO to temperature, UV, protease and pH was studied by face to face culturing method, the results showed that antibiotic activity of aseptic filtration was effected by high tempera- ture and excessive pH, but it wasn't effected by protease and UV.
