摘要
以陕北延川狗头枣为材料,采用正交实验法研究了料水比、提取温度、浸提时间对枣粗多糖提取的影响。试验结果表明,狗头枣粗多糖提取的优化工艺条件为:料水比1g枣粉:350mL水+温度90℃+浸提时间3h+浸提2次+pH值8.0。本试验对红枣粗多糖的提取开发利用等都有重要的参考价值。
Taking the Chinese jujube' Goutouzao ' from Yanchuan North Shaanxi as the test material, the ratio of material to water, the extracting temperature, the extracting times and the soaks raises number times to influence of coarse polysaccharide extracted of the jujube was studied using the Orthogonal. The test results indicated that, the optimization technology conditions of coarse polysaecha- ride extracted for the Chinese jujube 'Goutouzao' were the ratio of material to water 1 g jujube powder:350 mL water + temperature of 90 C+ extracting times 3 h + 2 times soaks raises + pHS.0. This experiment have the important reference value to extracted devel- opment and use of coarse polysaccharide on the jujube.
