摘要
采用不同浓度的壳聚糖溶液处理芹菜种子,研究壳聚糖对芹菜种子发芽及发芽进度的影响。结果表明:壳聚糖溶液处理芹菜种子,可以显著提高种子的发芽势和发芽率,并能促进早发芽,发芽整齐,这必将对芹菜种子成苗产生一定影响。
The impact of chitosan on celery seed germination and germination progress was studied by using different concentrations of chitosan solution to deal with celery seed. The results showed that chitosan solution dealing with celery seed could improve seed ger- mination energy and germination rate significantly, promote germinating early and neatly which were bound to a certain impact on cel- ery seeds into seedlings.
