社会资本对民族地区农村劳动力转移决策的实证研究——基于贵州省民族地区的分析

Empirical Research in Social Capital Effect on Transfer of Rural Labor in Minority Areas——Analysis by Minority Areas of Guizhou Province

贵州省是一个贫困、多民族的地区,也是全国比较典型的喀斯特山区。本文以贵州省资本为视角,研究对农村劳动力转移的影响,并通过实证分析了社会资本对不同民族间农村劳动力转移的影响差异,为贵州少数民族社会资本的自我积累提出有益建议,同时也对二元经济结构下的就业有促进作用。

Guizhou characterizes in poverty, ethnic minorities and is a typical Karst mountainous area. This article intends to investigate the influence of social capital on transfer of rural labors in Guizhou using the em- pirical analysis. The result showed that social capital highly affected the transfer of rural labor in different mi- norities. Some suggestions were put forward for the accumulation of social capital, as well as for the employ- ment under the dual economic structure in the minority area.
