摘要
针对南武城市大道机制砂混凝土的工程应用,将混凝土矿物集料体系作为研究对象,结合Fuller曲线和Shilstone曲线,给出适应于不同坍落度水平的级配组成范围。以7d、28d抗压强度和工作性作为考察指标,对工程中涉及到的C30~C50标号桥隧及路面机制砂混凝土进行配合比优化设计。
Focusing on the application of machine-made sand concrete at Nan-wu city highway,the gradation ranges of mineral aggregate system of concretes with various slump levels are studied referring to the Fuller and Shilstone Curves.The mix proportion optimization of machine-made sand concrete with strength ranging from C30~C50 is studied according to parameters of 7 d,28 d pressured strength,working ability as examining items aiming to Nan-wu city highway project.
