摘要
采用岩相分析方法对石灰岩的矿物组成、内部结构,以及熟料的显微结构特征进行了系统分析,结果表明:当石灰岩晶粒较粗,含一定石英颗粒时,会明显影响生料的易磨性和易烧性;当熟料显微结构发生变化时,可针对其结构特征准确判断生产工艺存在的问题,从而为稳定和提高熟料烧成质量提供重要的依据。
The systematical analysis of limestone mineral composition,internal structure and clinker the microscopic structure of the characteristics was adopted by lithofacies analysis method.The results showed that when the limestone is bigger in size and containing some quartz grains will significantly affect the grindability and burn-ability of raw material,the problems of production processes can be accurately determined by its structural characteristics when the clinker microstructure is change,thus provide an important basis for stability and improve the quality of clinker burning.
