This paper introduces the main content of the emulsion design including spray flow determination of 1# ,4# and 5#,fluid supply method, spray beam and nozzle arrangement, pump capability choose for lift system and oil tank volume, heating and cool- ing ability, filtration system, liquid distribution system, waste discharge system configuration.
