摘要
宫腔粘连是人工流产术后的一种常见并发症,该文对人工流产术后宫腔粘连的诊断、鉴别诊断、发病率和易发因素、治疗和预防做一综述,为临床早期诊断,早期治疗,并有效预防人工流产所致的宫腔粘连提供参考。
Intrauterine adhesion IUA, is a possible delayed complication of artificial abortion. This arti- cle reviews the diagnosis, epidemiology, etiology, treatment and precaution. A reference was provided for doctors to early diagnosis, treatment and prevention of IUA.
