摘要
目的 观察皓首复智丸 (HSFZC)对痴呆病人和大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法 老年性痴呆病人随机分为对照组和 HSFZC组 ,分别服用安慰剂和 HSFZC;脑内注入海人酸引起的痴呆模型鼠随机分为 3组 ,分别服用生理盐水 (NS)、脑复康 (NFK)和 HSFZC。用生物化学方法测定病人血清和大鼠血清及脑组织 SOD活性和 MDA含量。结果 1HSFZC组病人治疗 1月后 ,血清 SOD活性升高 ,MDA含量降低 ,与对照组比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 1)。 2与 NS对照组比较 ,HSFZC组痴呆模型大鼠治疗 7d后 ,血清及脑组织 SOD活性升高 ,MDA含量降低 (P<0 .0 1) ;但 NFK组仅显示脑组织SOD活性升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,并且其活性明显低于 HSFZC组。结论 HSFZC可通过提高 SOD活性 ,特别是脑组织 SOD活性 ,对抗脂质过氧化 ,减轻对神经细胞的过氧化损伤 ,从而延缓衰老和防治老年性痴呆。
Objective To observe the antiperoxidation of Haoshou Fuzhi Capsule (HSFZC) in senile dementia patients and kainic acid induced dementia models of rats.Method The SOD activity and content of MDA in serum and/or brain tissue of the patients and the rats were measured after treatment on patients with HSFZC and on rat models with HSFZC,Naofukang (NFK) and normal saline(NS).Result ①After treatment for 1 month,the serum SOD activities in HSFZC group patients were significantly increased and the content of MDA decreased (all P<0.01,compared with control group).②Compared with NS control group,the SOD activities in serum and brain tissue of rat models in HSFZC group were highly increased and the content of MDA decreased after treatment for 7 days (P<0.01),but only an increased SOD activity in brain tissue was showed in the NFK group (P<0.05) and was markedly lower than that in HSFZC group (P<0.05).Conclusion HSFZC can elevate SOD activities in brain tissue and serum ( esp.In the latter),reduce lipid peroxidation and its injury to brain nerve cells,therefore may restrain aging and promote the recovery of senile dementia.
