皓首复智丸对老年性痴呆患者记忆障碍的治疗作用

Curative Effects of Haoshou Fuzhi Capsule on the Memory of Senile Dementia

目的 观察皓首复智丸 (HSFZC)对老年性痴呆患者记忆障碍的治疗作用。方法 采用临床记忆量表分别测定老年性痴呆对照组、脑复康对照组和 HSFZC治疗组的记忆分值 ;利用脑涨落图技术 (ET)测定 3组的 S谱线 ,分析脑内神经递质的含量。结果 老年性痴呆患者服用 HSFZC 3月后与对照组和脑复康对照组相比 ,记忆分值有所提高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;脑 ET检测 ,S1 ,S2 ,S5 谱线明显增高 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 HSFZC可提高老年性痴呆患者的记忆 ,并可改善脑功能。

Objective To observe the curative effects of Haoshou Fuzhi Capsule (HSFZC) on the memory disability of senile dementia.Method The memory scores of the patients in control,Naofukang control and HSFZC groups were respectively measured with the Clinical Scales,and their S spectral lines in Encephalofluctuogram were analysed with the encephalofluctuography technology(ET),through which the contents of neurotransmitters in the brain were observed.Result After treatments for 3 months,the memory scores and the ocurrence frequencies of spectral lines S 1,S 2,S 5 of ET in HSFZC group were signignificantly higher than that in control drug control groups.Conclusion HSFZC may improve the memory ability and brain function of senile denile dementia,and elevate the contents of neurotransmitters in the brain.
