呆聪液对老龄大鼠痴呆模型免疫功能的影响

The Effect of Daicong Solution on Immune Function for Aged Rat Dementia Model

目的 探讨中药呆聪液对老龄鼠痴呆模型免疫功能的影响。方法 选择 2 2月龄的老龄大鼠 ,用双侧电解损毁脑基底核法 ,造成学习和记忆功能障碍的痴呆动物模型 ,用 3H- Td R掺入 DNA法试验了呆聪液对淋巴细胞增殖的影响 ,用脾细胞介导红细胞溶血的紫外分光光度计测定法测定脾细胞抗体产生能力。结果 呆聪液明显提高痴呆动物的淋巴细胞增殖能力 ,与模型组比较 ( P<0 .0 1 )差异显著 ,还明显提高脾细胞抗体产生能力 ,与模型组比较 ( P<0 .0 1 )差异显著。结论 呆聪液显著提高痴呆动物模型的细胞免疫功能和体液免疫功能 ,其效果优于脑复康组。

Objective To explore the effect of Daicong Solution on immune function for aged rat dementia model.Method Basal nuclei of 22 month old rat were destroyed by bilateral electrolytic method have established animal dementia model of learning and memory function.Lymphocyte proliferation was tested by 3H TdR incorporation methods.Spleen cell producing antibody function was determined by spleen cell mediated red cell hemolysis method.Result Daicong Solution has remarkably increased lymphocyte proliferation function,compared with model groups (P<0.01).It has risen spleen cell producing antibody function too,compared with model group (P<0.01).Conclusion Daicong Solution have marked increased functions of cellular and humoral immunity for dementia animal model.Which is heavier than that of Naofukang. [
