摘要
利用基于DEA模型的Malmqusit指数方法,测算了2000~2009年中国35个工业行业的碳排放绩效,并从FDI技术溢出效应的角度,考察了工业行业碳排放绩效的影响因素。碳排放绩效测算表明,行业整体的碳排放绩效在研究期内增加了7.8%,主要是技术进步的推动,技术效率则起抑制作用。收敛性检验表明,各行业碳排放绩效绝对收敛,即行业间的差距在逐渐缩小。影响因素分析表明,FDI可以通过水平技术溢出、前向和后向的垂直技术溢出对行业碳排放绩效产生积极影响,但对不同类型行业的影响存在较大差异。
Using the Malmquist index which is based on DEA model, this paper estimates the carbon dioxide emission perfor- mance in Chinese 35 industrial sectors during 2000-2009; and then analyzes the factors influencing performance based on FDI tech- nology spillovers theory. The estimation results show that the carbon emission performance improved 7.8% over the period, mainly contributed by technical change with a suppression effect from technical efficiency change; the convergence analysis show that, there is a convergence trend among different industrial sectors. From the analysis on affecting factors, the authors find that the horizontal, backward and forward technology spillovers from FDI have positive effects on carbon dioxide emission performance, but the affects are diverse between different industrial sectors.
