多元化企业董事会战略介入有效性研究——基于董事会能力的视角

Study on Board Strategic Involvement Effects for Diversified Firms——Based on Board Ability Perspective

针对多元化战略管理需要,分析了董事会战略介入对企业多元化经营绩效的影响,并探讨了董事会专业能力和关系能力对董事会多元化战略介入价值效应的影响。实证研究表明,董事会战略介入有助于提高企业多元化经营业绩,而且董事会专业能力有助于提升董事会战略介入效应,适当的董事会关系能力特别是政治关系能力也有助于正向促进董事会战略介入的有效性,研究结果对于指导董事会战略介入具有重要的实践意义。

Based on the diversification strategy management characteristics, the study analyzes the influence of board strategicinvolvement on performance. The empirical study suggests that board strategic involvement is beneficial for operating performance, fur- thermore board professional ability is helpful to improve strategic involvement effects, and appropriate board relationship ability espe- cially politics relationship construction ability can play an important positive effects. The research results are helpful in guiding board strategic involvement.
