香菇多糖增强肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞抗瘤作用机制初探

Mechannism of Lentinan on Increasing Antitumor Activity of Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes

目的 研究香菇多糖增强肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞 (TIL)抗瘤作用机制。方法 将从肺癌中分离的 TIL分别置于含 IL- 2或 IL- 2加香菇多糖培养液中培养 30 d,观察 TIL 对 TNF- α、IFN- γ的分泌及淋巴细胞表型的作用。结果 用两种方法分别培养 2 5 d时 ,IL- 2加香菇多糖培养的 TIL 对 TNF- α、IFN- γ的分泌作用均明显高于 IL- 2培养的 TIL(P<0 .0 5 )。CD8+的比例明显高于 IL- 2组。结论 香菇多糖增强 TIL抗瘤作用与促进 TNF- α、IFN- γ的分泌及细胞表型变化有关。

Objective To study the mechanism of Lentinan on increasing antitumor activity of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL).Method TIL isolated from patients with lung cancer was cultured in IL 2 or IL 2 combined with Lentinan for 30 days,the production of TNF α,IFN γ and phenotypes of TIL were observed.Result At 25 days,the percentage of CD 8 + and production of TNF α,IFN γ of TIL cultured in IL 2 combined with Lentinan were higher than that of TIL cultured in IL 2(P<0.05).Conclusion That Lentinan enhance the antitumor activity of TIL relates to the increase of TNF α,IFN γ and change of phenotype.
