摘要
高效的运行机制保证了澳大利亚职业教育的健康协调发展。澳大利亚职业教育运行机制的基本特征包括:行业主导、国家协作的管理运行机制,以质量和效率优先为核心的职业教育财政投入机制,由顾客导向和需求驱动的市场化运行机制。澳大利亚职业教育运行机制对我国建立健全政府主导、行业指导、企业参与的办学机制具有重大启示:提升行业地位,赋予行业企业职业教育决策的话语权;创新运行机制,提升职业教育管理运行效率;坚持需求导向,提高职业教育资源配置效益。
