摘要
漂白针叶木浆经PFI不同转数打浆,然后用纤维素酶Celluclast 1.5L进行处理,探讨了打浆对漂白针叶木浆纤维素酶作用效果的影响。结果表明,漂白针叶木浆经适当打浆后再进行酶处理,还原糖生成量增加29.38%,水解效率显著增加,聚合度下降明显,说明打浆能够促进纤维素酶在纤维表面吸附;随着打浆转数的增加,酶处理后纸浆中细小纤维含量增加幅度降低,纸浆游离度和保水值增加幅度提高,说明打浆能够促进纤维素酶对纤维结晶区的水解作用。
Bleached softwood pulp was refined by PFI mill on different revolutions, and then was treated by cellulase named as Celluclast 1.5L. It investigated the influence of refining on the effect of cellulase to bleached softwood pulp. Xhe results indicated that appropriate refining can increase the hydrolysis efficiency of cellulase to bleached softwood pulp by 29.38%. The degree of polymerization decreased significantly after cellulase treatment with the refining. It indicated that the action of refining can promote the adsorption of cellulase on the fiber surface. With the increase of refining revolutions, the increase of the small fibers deceased, while the increase of the pulp freeness and water retention value increased. It indicated that refining can promote the hydrolysis of cellulase on the fiber crystalline regions.
