竹浆碱回收白泥在陶瓷中的应用

Application of White Mud on Ceramic Manufacture

将硫酸盐竹浆厂的碱回收白泥进行净化及改性处理后试制陶瓷地砖,实验发现净化改性后的白泥与制陶原材料有较好的相容性,在用量不超过5%的情况下可以生产出质量合格的地砖。

The white mud from soda recovery of sulfate bamboo pulp mill was cleaned and modified, then was used to manufacture ceramic floor tile. The experiment showed that the treated white mud has good compatibility with the raw materials in production process, and performance of the tile can meet the requirements when the white mud dosage under 5%.
