摘要
采用多步加料法制备水溶性酚醛树脂,探索反应时间对水溶性酚醛树脂分子量及分布的影响,并研究酚醛树脂分子量对浸渍滤纸性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着反应时间的延长,酚醛树脂分子量逐渐增大、分布变宽;酚醛树脂分子量对浸渍滤纸的透气率、平均孔径和最大孔径基本没有影响,但是浸渍滤纸厚度随着酚醛树脂分子量的增大逐渐降低;浸渍滤纸的抗张强度、断裂伸长率、断裂能量吸收和耐破度随着水溶性酚醛树脂分子量的增大而增大,而挺度逐渐下降。
Water-soluble phenolic resin was prepared through a multi-step feeding method. Effect of reaction time to the molecular weight and distribution of water-soluble phenolic resin was studied. The impact of molecular weight and distribution of water-soluble phenolic resin on the performances of impregnated filter paper was investigated. 3-he results showed that molecular weight of water-soluble phenolic resin increases and its distribution becomes wide gradually as reaction time prolongs. Water- soluble phenolic resin of different molecular weight has little effect on the air permeability, the average and largest pore diameter of impregnated filter paper, while the thickness of impregnated filter paper decreases with the increases of molecular weight of phenolic resin. The strengthened filter paper's tensile strength, breaking elongation, breaking power and burst strength increase gradually while stiffness diminishes as the molecular weight of water-soluble phenolic resin increases.
