The Automatic Voltage Control is significant technique of modern power grid operation, and it is one of important function of intelligent grid management, it plays an important role to ensure the security, high quality and economical operation of power grid. This paper introduces the research and application of Automatic Voltage Control in Tongtai Pumped Storage Power Station.
