摘要
同情是一种涉及关心、责任、尊重与理解的心灵关怀,是教育的内在品性。同情的蒙蔽与教育内在价值的偏离不无关联。要彰显同情品性,教育的实践过程应体现以下几个关键点:教育者身体力行的责任意识、教育参与者基于平等与尊重的关系意识、非暴力性的沟通与交流、认知与体验的并立与统合。
Sympathy is the nature of education, which includes caring, responsibility, respect and understanding. Lack- ing of responsibility and deviation of values in education will lead to the deletion of sympathy. In educational practice, some key points should be realized, which are educators' responsibility consciousness, participators' equality, mutual re- spect and nonviolent in the course of communication between educators and educates. In addition, the cognition and experi- ence should be well integrated in educational content.
