摘要
随着信息技术和网络文化的发展、构建新型师生关系的诉求以及教学模式的"程序化"使用等,教师传统的知识权威、角色权威和感召权威呈现出退隐形态。但在学校生活实践场域,学生的年龄特征和成熟度呼唤教师的智慧权威;师生关系民主化要求重新解读教师的角色权威;课堂教学的深度变革需要教师继续发挥感召权威。这些赋予了教师权威存在的合理性价值。鉴于此,拟尝试通过"外发型"法理性权威与"内生型"专业性权威这两种路径来实现教师合理性权威的重塑。
With the development of information technology and intemet culture, the appeal for the new relationship be- tween teachers and students, and the use of programmed teaching mode, the teachers' traditional authority based on knowledge, role and charisma presents conceal. However, in the field of the school life, students' characteristics of the age and maturity require teachers' authority based on wisdom. The democratization of the relationship between teachers and students asks for re-interpretation of the teachers' authority based on role. Profound reforms of classroom teaching require teachers' continued authority based on charisma. All of these endow the existence of teachers' authority with rationality. In the view of the above-mentioned facts, this paper tries to remodel teachers' authority of rationality through exogenous ju- risprudence authority and endogenous professional authority.
