摘要
采用Maslach职业倦怠量表和社会支持评定量表对新建本科院校教师进行了调查。结果显示:(1)新建本科院校教师整体职业倦怠水平不高。(2)新建本科院校教师职业倦怠状况在性别、婚姻状况以及职称上没有显著差异,但副教授与讲师倦怠水平相对较高。(3)新建本科院校教师职业倦怠与社会支持之间存在着显著负相关,社会支持对职业倦怠有显著的负向预测作用。
Teachers of newly built university were investigated by questionnaires about MBI-ES and social support. The results shows that: (1) The whole burnout state of the teachers of newly built university is not serious. (2) The teach- ers' job burnout is not significant different in sex, marriage and professional ranks. But the burnout of associate professor is more serious than others, lecturer's is the next. (3) The teacher's job burnout is negatively related to social support and social support has a significant negative predictor of the teacher's job burnout.
