摘要
自清朝末年以来,伴随着国家和社会的变迁和动荡,我国法学教育也走上了一条非常曲折的发展道路。纵观100余年的历史,我国法学教育的演变体现了时代性、间断性、非自主性的基本特征。
Since the end of Qing Dynasty, China＇s law education has followed a most winding road of development with transition and unrest of our country and society. An overall view of its over 100 years＇ history shows that the evolu- tion of China＇s law education exhibits main characteristics of contemporary spirit, discontinuity and nonautonomy.
