摘要
在以科研技术创新为核心竞争力的时代,科研团队中科研辅助人员的作用不可忽视。科学的评估科研辅助岗位价值,是正确认识科研辅助工作,制定合理的薪酬水平的基础。运用调查问卷法和层次分析法,对科研辅助岗位价值要素进行提炼,并对各项价值要素进行赋权,建立了岗位价值要素指标体系,为科学合理地评价科研辅助岗位价值提供了依据。
In the era when scientific and technical innovation is the core eompetitiveness, the role of the support staff in the team of science R&D can't be ignored. The scientific assessment of the value of the support position of science R&D is the foundation of right understanding of support staff and establishing a reasonable salary level. Using the question- naire methods and analytic hierarchy process, we ref'me the value factor of the support position, empower each value factor and establish the index system of position values. The index system will offer the scientific and reasonable evaluation to support position.
