老年房颤患者复律后小剂量胺碘酮口服维持窦性心律的有效性与安全性研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察老年心房颤动患者复律后小剂量胺碘酮口服维持窦性心律的有效性与安全性。方法将入选的70例老年心房颤动患者转复为窦性心律后随机分为实验组(n=32)和对照组(n=38),实验组口服胺碘酮,对照组口服普罗帕酮治疗。观察两组的疗效及不良反应发生率。结果实验治疗组维持窦性心律的效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且两组患者总的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量胺碘酮(100 mg/d)在老年心房颤动患者复律后的窦性心律维持过程中的效果明显优于普罗帕酮,具有良好的有效性与安全性。
